7 Courses

Recruitment Resourcer

This plan is designed for new Recruitment Resourcers. While the resource role is primarily focused on sourcing and candidate management, a full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle makes for a far more effective and commercially aware team member. The five days cover the complete New Recruiter Course, the Advanced Recruiter Course, the LinkedIn Recruiter Course, and two standard modules covering Australian recruitment industry orientation and client-specific systems training. The week closes with a written assessment.

7 Courses

180 Recruitment Consultant

This plan is designed for new 180 Recruitment Consultants. A 180 consultant owns the delivery side of recruitment, sourcing, screening, candidate management and filling roles,  without a client-facing BD remit. Training covers the full New Recruiter Course, the Advanced Recruiter Course, the Increase Your Fill Rate Course, and key individual sessions to build strong delivery fundamentals. Two standard modules covering Australian recruitment industry orientation and client-specific systems training are also included. The week closes with a written assessment.

9 Courses

360 Recruitment Consultant

This plan is designed for new 360 Recruitment Consultants. A 360 consultant owns the entire recruitment desk, business development, sourcing, delivery and account management. This is the most comprehensive training plan in the Recruit Sync program and draws on the full New Recruiter Course, the full Advanced Recruiter Course, the full BD Course, the LinkedIn Recruiter Course, and the Increase Your Fill Rate Course, alongside key individual sessions. Two standard modules covering Australian recruitment industry orientation and client-specific systems training are also included. The week closes with a written assessment.

5 Courses

Executive Assistant

This 5-day intensive onboarding program prepares Executive Assistants for placement into Australian agency environments. Combining cultural fluency, executive support best practices, and practical day-to-day skills, participants leave ready to operate with confidence from day one.

8 Courses

Marketing Coordinator

This training plan is designed for Marketing Coordinators. Marketing Coordinators support recruitment agencies with content, social media, job advertising, email campaigns and personal branding. To do this well, a strong understanding of how recruitment and business development actually work is essential. The training plan therefore includes the full New Recruiter Course and the full BD Course, giving the Marketing Coordinator a thorough understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the commercial activities their content is designed to support. Role-specific marketing sessions are built around this foundation. Two standard modules covering Australian recruitment industry orientation and client-specific systems training are also included. The week closes with a written assessment.
