Recruit Sync was born out of a conversation between two people who knew the industry inside out. Ez had spent 15 years building, running and training recruitment teams across Australia. Jon had spent two decades running large offshore operations across Asia, Europe and the Pacific. When they started talking about the offshore space, one thing became obvious: no one was doing it properly for recruitment agencies.
Every offshore provider was generalist. They placed people, crossed their fingers and hoped for the best. There was no recruitment-specific training, no system onboarding, no understanding of how agencies actually work. Ez had the training infrastructure. Jon had the offshore operations playbook. Together, they built Recruit Sync, Australia’s first and only recruitment-specific offshore staffing provider.

Ez grew up in Birmingham, UK, before making Australia home over 12 years ago. With more than 15 years in recruitment, he’s built and led teams of over 50 consultants, grown and sold two recruitment businesses, and coached more than 4,000 recruiters and leaders across Australia through his training business, Hume Scope.
At Recruit Sync, Ez leads training programs, marketing and business development. His deep understanding of how great recruiters are built is what makes the Recruit Sync curriculum genuinely different.
Jon has spent the last two decades leading large-scale operational teams and managing complex, nine-figure commercial deals across Australia, Asia and Europe. His career includes senior roles at Westpac, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Optus and Allianz.
He spent two years living in the Philippines, leading offshore growth and infrastructure for tier one brands. That experience became the foundation for Remotee, his global workforce solutions company, and ultimately for Recruit Sync.
